  • Am I locked in to a contract?

    With our “Home Based VA’s” you can cancel the service with out any notice. Generally with our “Office Based VA’s” 30 days notice is required.

  • What’s the minimum amount of hours I can use a VA for?

    10 hours per week. Most clients will require more than just 10 hours, especially once the client gains confidence in their VA’s abilities.

  • How long does it take before I get my virtual assistant?

    It usually takes us one to two weeks to get your VA ready to start in your business.

  • Do I have the same person each day?

    Yes, most definitely. We feel this is a very important factor in establishing a good long term working relationship.

  • How do we communicate with our VA?

    We recommend lots of Skype video. This really helps build rapport between you and your VA. Skype instant message and email are also used.

  • Why do we predominantly use staff form the Philippines?

    Our cultures are very similar to the Philipines and has one of the highest literacy rates in the world. The times zones work in well with Australia with most states only 2 hours in front of the Philippines. Western Australia is in sync.

  • What are the costs and how do we pay?

    We have two different business models:

    Home based staff from $7 per hour

    Office based staff at $12 per hour

    There are no set up costs, recruitment costs or training costs and these prices include GST.

    Australian issued invoices are paid monthly in advance.

  • Do I have to pay for taxation, superannuation, heath care, computers, internet or electricity?

    No. We take care of all of this.

  • Are the working conditions and wages paid to the staff fair?

    Absolutely. We have been operating for over 5 years and pride ourselves on promoting a culture based on a positive, fun, working environment. Some of our staff have been with us from the start and have recommended many of their family and friends who have now become part of our ever growing team.

    Our office based staff all work with double screens, fast internet and we regularly host social activities and celebrate each team members birthday and anniversaries.

    Many of our clients travel to the Philippines to spend time with their staff in our offices.

  • Can they make outbound calls?

    Yes most definitely. We ensure our outbound calling VA’s have had a number of years experience in outbound call centres. Of course they do have a slight American sounding accent. We can schedule a call with your potential VA to ensure this will be a suitable solution prior to moving forward.

  • How do I know that my virtual assistant is actually working?

    We run software on each VA’s computer that tracks exactly what they are doing every minute of the day. We also track the number of keyboard strokes, mouse clicks and screen shots.
